The majority of bathroom fans that you can buy from Panasonic will feature a light built into it as well. The light assembly for a fan is a little bit more expensive but you do not necessarily really need it. If you need a light though, you might as well go ahead and get the whole package.
The Whisperlite is a perfect little fan for those of you who do not want the light to be included in your purchase. This makes this type of bathroom fan very affordable and effective for most people.
